We sell all kinds of products. Some can ship using standard carriers and some have to be personally delivered by us. When you get to the checkout, you'll be given the available options. The following summarizes things a little:

Lettermail

The calendar is our only lettermail option. It'll fit in a 9" x 12" envelope and is light enough to mail with postage. It is important to note that lettermail has no time guarantee and no tracking. We get it, it's a little less expensive. That's why we include it as an option. But PLEASE NOTE that lettermail will be shipped at the buyer's risk.

Canada Post

Eligible items like t-shirts and calendars will have various shipping options from Canada Post at checkout. Note that times shown for delivery are estimates and are not guaranteed by the Seller.

Local Delivery

We deliver locally ourselves. We'll personally make arrangements to drop off your item at a preferred location and, where possible, convenient time. Make sure to note your preferences at checkout.

Local Delivery will only be given as an option when the delivery address is within a 10km radius of Elliot Lake. If you don't live in Elliot Lake but want your items dropped off at a local address, you'll have to enter that address and leave us instructions for delivery.

Local Pick-Up

All of our products can be picked up at Big Fish Graphics. We are located at 6 Anne Walk in Elliot Lake. If you're not sure where that is (most people don't know), it's right above Debye's Pet World in the upper plaza. Just go to the door at the side of the building on Ontario Ave. and we're right up the stairs.

PLEASE NOTE that we do not keep regular office hours. We're usually around from about 9AM to 5PM, but we do have to leave for lunch, meetings and deliveries. We'll send instructions when your item is ready and simply ask that you call or text us before you stop by. That way you won't waste a trip. Although a trip downtown is never wasted, there's lots of cool stores in the neighbourhood.

AllyBee Flower Farm

Products from AllyBee Flower Farm have their own inherent delivery requirements. Please follow the dedicated tab below for those details.

We offer a wide variety of product types from print material to apparel to plants. We try to list the timeline under the product details.

Calendars usually ship within 48 hours of order.

T-Shirts and hoodies will ship within 48 hours of order if the item is in stock. From time to time, we have to order the blank apparel in before we can make it. We usually do this at least once a week. So depending on the order cycle, it could add an extra 5 to 7 days to the delivery.

Local Pick Ups

All pick ups are at Allybee Flower Farm Studio, 6 Anne Walk, Unit 4 (on top of Debyes Pet World).
